AM I REALLY PREGNANT?
Whenever you have sex there is always the chance of pregnancy, even if you are using birth control. A missed period is the most common indication of being pregnant, but it doesn’t always mean that you are pregnant.
Common Pregnancy Symptoms
- Late Period
- Frequently Tired
- Nausea or Vomiting
- Swollen or Sore Breasts
- Frequent Urination
- Weight Gain or Loss
- Appetite Change
The best way to confirm your pregnancy is to take a pregnancy test. The Ramona Women’s Clinic offers FREE pregnancy tests. Please CONTACT US for an appointment.
How accurate is the test?
Our tests are laboratory quality. They can detect the hCG pregnancy hormone as early as 10 days after conception or 24 to 27 days after the first day of your last period. The test is 99% accurate.
Things to Think About
There is a lot to consider before you make a decision about an unplanned pregnancy. We can help you answer these and other questions you may have about your pregnancy and your options.
- Is the pregnancy viable (healthy)?
- How far along are you?
- Is the pregnancy in your uterus? Occasionally, the pregnancy is located somewhere else. This could be an “ectopic” pregnancy.
